Methods
Ecosomatic Book Club
Rooted in my PhD research on Ecosomatics and Ecoconsciousness, we gather every sunday online to create an approach of nature not as an external landscape but as an extension of the body. The book club explores the relationship between body and ecology through a somatic perspective, guided by contemporary books such as: Braiding Sweetgrass and mushrooms at the End of The World. In each session, we read selected passages together and slow down through somatic awareness practices, cultivating a space for deep listening and embodied reflection.
At the beginning of each new gathering, we revisit the impressions and sensations the text has evoked in us before continuing with the reading and practices, allowing the theories we engage with to move beyond the page and resonate within the nervous system.
Love over Fear
Love over Fear is a profound revolution for physical and mental health, emphasizing that the core of everything is grounded in love rather than a fear-based approach. As a dedicated facilitator, I meticulously developed this transformative method through years of accumulated knowledge and diverse experiences, utilizing movement and meditation to foster a deeper evolution of our consciousness, seamlessly integrating these practices into our daily lives to achieve holistic well-being.
Free Movement
This workshop aims to push the boundaries of both mind and body through the exploration of free movement, utilizing a rich blend of techniques drawn from dance, yoga, qigong, and meditation. Going beyond mere technical analysis, the workshop emphasizes deconstructing movement and delving into the natural flow, which are key elements for participants to discover and embrace. By exploring the origins of movement and its profound connection to the senses, participants will have the opportunity to deeply nourish and enhance their own practices.
Focus Areas

Dance & Somatics
Movement classes are beneficial for all ages, allowing participants to move freely, let go, and release tension in a fun way. Different somatic methods used to integrate internal rhythms, being aware of sensations and regulate nervous system through movement explorations. Integration of somatics and dancing without limitations will help you become more creative in how you move and think.
Meditation
Meditation gatherings will help us focus our attention through bodily sensations and breathing. The guidance provided will facilitate the practice of meditation in a group setting as we discuss the benefits of the practice and how we can deepen our approach for application in real life.

Yoga
Yoga classes are based on releasing the tension of the body while staying stable inside of asanas(poses) with a yin approach. While working with the body, we work also with the mind through uncomfortable thoughts and feelings. We practice to stay with the unknown. Guidance will help to better understand the ancient knowledge of yoga, which means the union of everything.
